- Renter must be 22 years of age, you must have a Valid Driver's License and a Valid CREDIT CARD (NOT A DEBT CARD). All drivers must have a valid auto insurance policy.

KEY WEST ALLOWS LOW SPEED VEHICALS ON ALL ROADS IN AND ON THE ISLAND OF KEY WEST. THIS INCLUEDS APPROVED AREAS IN AND ON STOCK ISLAND.

- You must upload a the policy information before booking the golf cart. You will upload in the APP, form page and the Booking page.

- ALL drivers must meet ALL minimum requirements as the renter and also be listed as an additional driver on the rental agreement.

- Our carts are located on site of your vacation rental, but we can bring golf cart rental to you.

- Conch cart Rentals has a 48 hour notice cancellation policy to receive a refund. You are able at booking to select the Reservation & Refund Protection to protect your booking and allow for a cancellation inside the 48 hour policy. You will receive a full BOOKING refund (minus reservation & protection fees)

- YES, car seats are required by law for small children. requirements are available at : https://www.flhsmv.gov/safety-center/child-safety/safety-belts-child-restraints/ Conch Cart Rentals has certified car seats for rental.

- Your golf cart rental comes with a full tank of fuel. You will need to return the golf cart rental with a FULL tank of approved fuel.

Yes. A valid driver's license is required. You'll upload a photo of your license in the Conch Cart app during setup. Our AI verifies your face matches your ID automatically — it only takes a moment.
